Had me a swell time here. The breakfast was downright tasty with fresh fruits and real eggs—none of that powdered nonsense. I was real impressed by the friendly folks workin’ there, always smilin’ and helpful. Only thing? No fridge in the room, which ain't too great if ya got kids needs snacks. That 24-hour coffee was a treat though!

The room was clean, but I had cold nights without heating.

Location convenient. Close to McDonald's, Walmart, and various cafes.

Rooms feel cramped with no amenities like a kettle or fridge. Bathroom lacks basic maintenance with half of it broken or moldy, towels are shredded. Overall, very basic, lacks any welcoming facilities.

I had a great time with a compact room that was just perfect for a night. The breakfast was amazing, especially the tasty chilaquiles, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no fridge in the room.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The hotel was super clean and just a short walk to El Paseo de Montejo and Walmart. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh fruit and different dishes each day. The lobby was inviting, making it a great spot to chill before check-in.

We did have to wait about 1.5 hours in the lobby before check-in, which was a little annoying.

The stay offered a convenient location, just a minute from a charming avenue, and the breakfast was impressive with local fruits and tasty chilaquiles. Rooms are compact but efficient, featuring good internet and clean facilities. However, there were no small fridges in the room for snacks, which could be inconvenient, and some areas showed signs of age. The bathroom was functional but on the smaller side, and I would have preferred a couple more pillows for added comfort.

The breakfast, the coffee, the minimalist style, the value for money – a truly satisfying experience!

The room was pretty compact but served its purpose well for a night. The mattress was okay, and I loved that I could request extra pillows. The shower had good water pressure, and the room temperature was just right, which was a relief in Yucatan's heat! No fridge in the room though, which might be a downside if you're traveling with kids. The common areas felt cozy too.

the ibis has a great location close to various restaurants and shops. the common areas are cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax. the staff's ability to communicate in english was a nice touch. overall, it's an excellent choice for exploring and rejuvenating.
